ALVA — Alliance for Learning and Visionary Action — is a civil society organization based in Türkiye. We develop, implement, and scale innovative, sustainable, and transformative projects funded by EU grants and other national and international funds.
Our work spans education, culture, health, digital transformation, environment, entrepreneurship, employment, and social innovation. We believe in the power of learning ecosystems to create lasting positive change in communities across Europe and beyond.

What We Do
Education & Lifelong Learning
We create learning opportunities for youth, adults, educators, and communities. Our educational programs focus on building skills that matter in today's rapidly changing world — from digital literacy to environmental awareness, from entrepreneurship to intercultural competence.
Mobility & Partnerships
Through programs like Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps (ESC), and Horizon, we facilitate international exchanges and build networks that connect people and ideas across borders. These experiences transform participants and create lasting bonds between communities.
Digital & Green Transformation
We develop innovative tools, educational modules, gamified content, and impact models that address the twin challenges of digital and green transformation. Our projects help communities adapt to and thrive in a changing world.
Social Innovation
We design and implement community-led pilot projects for sustainability, climate awareness, and local impact. We believe that the best solutions come from the communities they serve.
